The Moscow City Court upheld the verdict against the former Deputy Minister of Energy of Russia, Anatoly Tikhonov. He was sentenced to five years and four months of imprisonment in a case involving the embezzlement of 272 million rubles.
The funds were allocated for the creation of the state information system of the fuel and energy complex (GIS TEK).
