The company «RNG – Engineering», which makes equipment for the oil and gas industry, received money from the state — a grant of 119 million rubles. This money will be used to create domestic software that will help manage production and supplies.
Currently, such tasks are often solved using foreign programs from companies Siemens, SAP and Oracle. But now «RNG – Engineering» wants to create its own platform to replace these foreign systems.
This new program will combine various functions: production planning, factory operation control, supply management and demand forecasting. Everything will work in one system, which will make production faster and more efficient.
The company «Rightstep» will develop this program for «RNG – Engineering».
As a result of the new platform, production will be able to work 15-20% faster, orders will be fulfilled twice as fast, and thanks to automation, fewer employees will be needed. This will help increase company revenues by approximately 10-50%.
