The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has filed a lawsuit against the joint-stock company Tupolev. This was reported in the Arbitration Court of Moscow.
The plaintiff, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, filed a claim against the plaintiff, JSC Tupolev, in the amount of 929,464,058 rubles.
The relevant materials were published on June 11. The details of the case have not yet been disclosed.
JSC Tupolev is engaged in the development and testing of aviation equipment, as well as the development of technologies necessary for the operation of aircraft.
A statement was received by the court from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation demanding the recovery of almost 38 million rubles from the Voskresensky Mashinostroitel plant. This information was published on June 8 on the court portal. According to the court card, both lawsuits were filed with the court on June 6, but they have not yet been accepted for consideration.
