Nakhodka Ship Repair Plant Lays Down New Crabber "Vindis" of Project 03141

The vessel is scheduled for completion in 2029

The Nakhodka Ship Repair Plant (NSRP) in the Primorsky Territory held a ceremony for laying down the new crab catching vessel "Vindis" of Project 03141. The crabber "Vindis" is being built by order of Amurskoye LLC, and the project was developed by SK Viking LLC.

Technical supervision of the construction process is carried out by specialists from the Primorsky branch of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS). The vessel is expected to be completed in 2029.

It is worth noting that in September 2024, another unit of this project, the crabber "Viliga", which is scheduled for delivery in 2028, was laid down at NSRP.

The crabber of Project 03141 is designed for catching crab and shrimp, as well as for storing the catch in cooled sea water, followed by transporting the fresh product to the port. The main characteristics of the vessel include a length of 63.27 meters, a width of 10.6 meters, a side height at midships of 4.6 meters, a draft of 4 meters, and a total displacement of 1586 tons. The vessel will have a class of KM Ice2 (hull; machinery)(REF) fishing vessel.
