Since its launch in January 2025, the "Rosobrnadzor Assistant" chatbot, created for reporting violations of the rights of employees of educational organizations, has received about 5.9 thousand requests. The "Rosobrnadzor Assistant" chatbot operates on the basis of "Spherum."
More than a third of them - about 35% - are related to issues of bureaucratic burden, which confirms the relevance of this problem.
In January, the chatbot became available to teachers from all regions of Russia, and on March 1, teachers of preschool education and the system of secondary vocational education joined its users. Earlier, Rosobrnadzor reported that since the launch of the chatbot, teachers have sent over 1.9 thousand requests, of which about 18.5% concerned bureaucratic burden.
As of June 1, 2025, 5,921 requests were received through the chatbot, of which 2,063 were related specifically to bureaucratic burden. The chatbot is designed to provide teachers with prompt information on bureaucracy issues and the ability to report violations of their rights. It is expected that its use will help teachers free up time for more important tasks - teaching and educating children.
