Activity has been spotted again at the former Mercedes-Benz site in the Moscow region. New 2025 Exeed LX crossovers were caught on camera.
The cars were leaving directly from the assembly shop. This may indicate a partial launch of production.
In January of this year, several car models, including the RX, were spotted at the plant. A body resembling the TXL or LX was found in the parking lot, although it was not possible to identify it exactly.
Although the factory area does not look fully active, there were about two dozen trucks with containers in the logistics parking lot. Some of them were entering and leaving, which indicates possible deliveries. Snow removal equipment was working, and landscaping work was being carried out near the main gate.
The Mercedes logos still remain on the facade, the signs have not been removed, but the atmosphere at the plant is more temporary than full-fledged. Judging by the number of parked employee cars (about 150), the shift is not in full force.
No car carriers were seen on the territory. This may indicate that the cars are simply being tested or stored for the time being. It is too early to talk about stable assembly.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that a test assembly of cars was launched at the former Mercedes plant in Esipovo.
