The Samara enterprise "ODK-Kuznetsov" (part of Rostec) is suffering losses. The enterprise specializes in the production of engines for Soyuz rockets.
At the end of 2024, the company's net loss amounted to 4.24 billion rubles, which is 18.5% more than in 2023. The plant is also involved in the maintenance of strategic bombers and produces gas pumping units.
The board of directors recommended that shareholders not pay dividends for 2024. The company's revenue fell by 17.5% and amounted to 17.47 billion rubles. "ODK-Kuznetsov" has not paid dividends on ordinary shares since 2008, and losses have been accumulating since 2018, exceeding a total of 30 billion rubles.
The company produces RD-107A and RD-108A rocket engines for the first and second stages of all Soyuz-type launch vehicles, as well as NK-33A rocket engines for the first stage of the Soyuz-2.1v light launch vehicle.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the financing for the development of 4G base stations by the company "Spectrum" has been suspended.
