Minsk Tractor Works (MTZ) plans to double the production of high-horsepower BELARUS-3522 tractors, the company's press service reported.
Previously, the plant produced 35–40 tractors of the 3000 series per month. Now it is planned to produce 80 units in the same period.
To achieve this goal, the company will update its machine park. Turning, painting, milling and other equipment will be purchased for the workshops responsible for expanding production.
The high-horsepower BELARUS-3522 wheeled tractor is designed to perform energy-intensive work with wide-cut mounted, semi-mounted and trailed machines and implements, as well as for working with loading and unloading equipment and harvesting complexes. The tractor can be used to drive stationary agricultural machines. Such agricultural machinery is in demand not only in Belarus, but also in Russia.
