First Two Thousand "Gepard" EW-Protected Drones Transferred to Russian Military

Drones are equipped with a "blind" takeoff system that prevents the launch point from being calculated

The first two thousand "Gepard" kamikaze drones have been delivered to the Russian military. The strike drones are equipped with electronic warfare countermeasures and "blind" takeoff systems.

By the end of the year, it is planned to supply another two to two and a half thousand of these drones.

According to data from open sources, the range of the "Gepard" is over 20 km, and it can carry over 3 kg of cargo.

The "blind" takeoff system stops transmitting video during takeoff, leaving only readings from sensors and instruments to prevent it from being intercepted by the enemy.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that the full configuration of the armament and protection of the T-90M "Proryv" tank has become known.
