Tests of the new 15-inch "Sekira" drone were conducted at the training center "B" of the Airborne Forces. This was reported by ANNA News agency.
During the tests, the device demonstrated excellent handling, high power-to-weight ratio, and impressive speed characteristics at maximum payload.
The main purpose of the drone is remote mining using TM-62M anti-tank mines. Following the tests, the center's specialists developed a number of recommendations for improving the design.
After the necessary changes are made, the drone will be adopted and will enter service with units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
