The head of state noted that, unlike the US, the major economies of Europe have actually "fallen" into recession.
And we must also act - very pragmatically at every step, and we need to do it together: business, the administration here, labor collectives, as I said. Listen to them, please, to the people, it's always useful. And, of course, the government, the Central Bank.
