The DTA-170 asynchronous electric motor is designed for subway cars. This traction unit is a completely domestic development.
The company started developing the new type of engine in 2023. The plant carried out comprehensive technological preparation of production and manufactured 28 prototypes of the DTA-170, which successfully passed the tests.
Earlier, TMH sent the 400th 11-26DG diesel generator to the Michurinsk Locomotive Repair Plant for installation on heavy shunting and hump locomotives. "TMH-Electrotech" continues import substitution of key components of rolling stock
