Aeroflot has increased the cost of returning and exchanging tickets purchased from April 28, 2025. The information is available on the airline's website in the "Fare Application Rules" section.
For returning or exchanging a ticket on a domestic flight, passengers will have to pay 3,500 rubles, which is 25% more than the previous cost. For an international flight, you will have to pay 55 euros, which is 20% higher than the previous price.
For transportation within the Russian Federation (per transaction): 2800 rubles, for tickets sold from 04/28/25 - 3500 rubles. For international transportation (per transaction): 46 EUR, for tickets sold from 04/28/2025 - 55 EUR.
The fee does not apply to free tickets for children under two years old who do not require a separate seat.
Previously, Aeroflot allowed passengers to correct erroneous data in tickets themselves. On the website, you can edit the full name, passport series and number, and date of birth.
