Russian-German enterprise "Meusburger Novtruck"
has launched the production of a new modular eight-axle TR-8144 semi-trailer with a lifting capacity of 120 tons. This was reported by the Rosspetsmash Association.
The design process is completed and the product is already in production. The overall length of the model is 23.4 meters, if necessary, the semi-trailer can be extended by another 4 meters, increasing the overall length to 27 meters.
The TR-8144 semi-trailer offers three types of loading platform. This allows it to effectively transport heavy specialized equipment (excavators, dump trucks, machine tools and large indivisible structures). The reinforced frame of the semi-trailer is made of high-strength steel, which ensures reliability and durability in operation.
To maintain the high maneuverability of a rather large semi-trailer, the design department of the enterprise focused on the use of hydraulic axle units of a pendulum type with a rotation function and remote control.
The TR-8144 can be used in conjunction with most classic ballast semi-trailer tractors with an 8x4 wheel arrangement. This makes it a universal solution for transporting heavy cargo in various industries.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the Tuman-4 self-propelled sprayer came off the assembly line of Pegas-Agro.
