The Moscow Planetarium said that in May, residents of the Earth will not be able to see four planets due to the bright sunlight. Mercury, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune "hid" in the rays of the Sun.
Instead of inaccessible planets, amateur astronomers will be able to observe three celestial bodies. In the mornings, Russians will see Venus in the constellations Pisces and Cetus. In the evenings, Jupiter will be visible in the constellation Taurus. At night, Mars will be available for observation in the constellations Cancer and Leo.
Not observable, as they are "hiding" in the rays of the Sun: Mercury, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune.
During May, Mercury will move through the constellations: from May 1 to May 12 it will be in Pisces, from May 13 to May 23 - in Aries, and from May 24 to May 31 - in Taurus. Saturn and Neptune will be in the constellation Pisces, and Uranus - in Taurus.
In April, residents of the Earth could observe four planets - Venus, Jupiter, Uranus and Mars. Neptune, Saturn and Mercury were obscured by the rays of the Sun.
No special equipment is required to observe the planets. Clear weather and a desire to look at the night sky are enough.
