However, in fact, the unusual sound is made by standard "Geraniums-2" during a sharp dive, which has become an element of a new tactic of using drones.
Drones are assembled in groups of several pieces at an altitude of 2000-2500 meters, where mobile air defense groups cannot reach them, after which they begin a sharp dive at a speed of up to 90 meters per second, which changes the familiar measured "moped" sound to a new, sharper one.
