With an electric motor control system for dispensers: NAIR has developed a new DON-578 seeding complex

The Russian company NAIR has introduced a new high-performance DON-578 seeding complex. This was reported by the company's press service.

DON-578 allows to improve the quality of sowing, reduce the time of work, reduce the consumption of fuel and lubricants, save labor resources and reduce the cost of agricultural production.

The working width of the DON-578 complex is 11.85 m, the number of working bodies is 78 pcs, the row spacing is 15 cm, the maximum pressure on the coulter is 96 kg, the seeding rate is from 2 to 400 kg/ha, the hopper capacity is 10,000 l (60/40), weight: 12,500 kg, tractor power for aggregation is 300 hp, working speed: 12 km/h.

The seeding section is equipped with boron-containing discs on reinforced maintenance-free FKL hubs, as well as adjustable pressure of working bodies up to 92 kg. The individual depth adjustment system and trace loosener ensure uniform germination. Seed distribution is carried out through 8 serviced towers, which guarantees stability across the entire working width.

The complex hopper is made of 3 mm thick steel and is designed for joint or separate sowing of seeds and fertilizers. The package includes nets, inspection windows, a lighting system with 8 spotlights, a reliable air supply turbine and an 8-channel stainless steel dispenser. Wide-profile wheels and the possibility of installing an autonomous engine for driving the turbine in difficult conditions are also provided.

The SKIF-48 control system with new generation DPP-3 sensors allows you to control technological parameters and control the electric motors of dispensers. The dimensions of the working condition are 16.6×11.7×3.99 m, and the transport dimensions are 13.9×3.43×3.99 m.
