Уникальный комплекс для перехвата видео с БПЛА «Перехват 2.0» разработали в России

The "Perekhvat 2.0" system operates in the range from 50 MHz to 6,000 MHz

The Russian military has begun using a new multifunctional complex for intercepting analog video from drones. The complex also has the ability to visually recognize "friend or foe."

Igor Potapov, an official representative of the developer company JSC "NPP," said that the complex operates in a wide search range and sees the entire band from 50 MHz to 6,000 MHz at once. According to him, in addition to intercepting analog video, specialists receive a drone detector with a gradation of signal level on a single screen.

That is, the complex is capable of determining the approximate distance of enemy and friendly "birds," both FPV drones and digital (commercial) ones.

Thanks to the "friend-or-foe" system, "Perekhvat 2.0" will allow electronic warfare (EW) specialists to understand whether to turn on EW or not, whether their own FPV drone is now passing overhead or an enemy's. The software is completely proprietary, of Russian development, and will evolve to meet the demands of the times.

The range of the complex depends on the location in space, terrain, type, and direction of the antenna.

The radius is at least 500 meters. It is possible to connect an external antenna (remote) and autonomous operation from an external power source.
