Moscow-based "Salyut" enterprise has received the status of an industrial complex

Moscow-based "Salyut" enterprise (part of the United Engine Corporation, UEC) has received the status of an industrial complex and regional tax benefits.

As a result, the enterprise will be able to allocate additional funds for the development of next-generation aircraft engines and the digitalization of production.

The status of an industrial complex of the capital once again confirms that "Salyut" meets the highest production and economic standards. Currently, more than 9,000 people work at our enterprise, and the team will only grow. "Salyut" has its own design bureau, which develops and implements new technologies.
Alexey Gromov, Head of PC "Salyut"

"Salyut" produces key components of aircraft engines for domestic civil aviation. For example, PD-8 for the regional aircraft "Superjet", PD-14 for the medium-range MC-21-310, TV7-117ST-01 for the turboprop Il-114-300.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that in Kazan a museum will be opened on the basis of the Tu-144 aircraft.
