Mass production of Lada Iskra starts on April 19. According to information from the insider community Avtograd, the number of defects on pre-production models is currently between 50 and 70 per vehicle.
There are 5 days left until the start of mass production, the number of defects detected by the VAZ quality services on cars currently being assembled on line number five has decreased to 50–70 per car, previously there were up to 100, the nuance is that an average person won't even notice about half of them, only highly qualified specialists can do that, and there are such specialists in the VAZ system.
As a result, the number of real shortcomings in the car is approximately 25–30. This is quite normal for a new model. For example, when Lada Vesta was launched in 2015, the situation was similar. It was only in 2016 that it was possible to achieve an acceptable level of quality.
Earlier, the first Lada Iskra cars arrived at AvtoVAZ dealerships. Most likely, these are demonstration models.
