The rent debt has been accumulating since 2010, and by 2024 it had reached 488 million rubles. After 14 years of non-payment, the management company filed a lawsuit in court.

The Arbitration Court of the Volgograd Region ruled on April 7 that Volgograd Machine-Building Company "VgTZ" LLC must not only fully repay the rent, but also pay a fine, the total amount to be recovered is 673 million rubles.

The nuance is that the enterprise occupied the premises for which rent and a fine were charged for a little less than a hundred years, and only recently, after reorganization, it became a tenant in its once own workshops.
