Specialists of the engineering troops are testing and approving the latest multifunctional robotic complex "Kaban", designed to clear the territory of anti-personnel and land mines. This was reported in the 66th Interdepartmental Training Center of Engineering Troops.
A roller trawl is also installed on the robot. Next, the platform with the trawl goes and makes passages safe for personnel.
"Kaban" can be used to transport the wounded, deliver food, water, medicines, and ammunition. The robot facilitates the work of military personnel, since it is able to carry everything that people usually carry in a backpack.
The complex is equipped with armor and can withstand fragmentation damage at a distance of 5 m.
