Specialists from the engineering troops are conducting tests and trials of the newest multifunctional robotic complex "Boar," designed to clear territory of anti-personnel and high-explosive mines. This was reported at the 66th Interdepartmental Training Center of Engineering Troops.
A roller trawl is also installed on the robot. Next, the platform with the trawl moves and creates safe passages for personnel.
The "Boar" can be used to transport the wounded, deliver food, water, medicine, and ammunition. The robot facilitates the work of military personnel, as it is capable of carrying everything that people usually carry in a backpack.
The complex is equipped with armor and can withstand fragmentation damage at a distance of 5 m.
