SberStrakhovanie has introduced an innovative service that allows you to insure the screens of used smartphones.
The policy is processed through a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence technologies. The application automatically determines the make and model of the phone, and also checks the integrity of the screen, which simplifies the process and makes it more convenient for users.
The "Smartphone Screen Protection" application is available for download on iOS and Android in the App Store and RuStore. The policy оформление process consists of three stages: checking the screen condition, assessing its integrity, and payment. Artificial intelligence helps to determine the insurance amount, which the user can change at their discretion.
If the screen is damaged, the client needs to call 900. The operator will connect him with a service center to agree on the time and place of repair.
The insurance covers all types of display damage, including cracks and scratches resulting from falls or impacts. In the event of an insured event, SberStrakhovanie offers to replace the screen with original spare parts or compensation up to 80% of the repair cost.
