The production of the new Russian tractor "Yaroslavets" Ya-250SKh, an improved version of the legendary T-150, has begun in Yaroslavl.
Production with full localization was organized at the "Yaroslavl Tractor Plant." The first batches will go on sale in the summer of 2025, and a total of 30 tractors will be produced by the end of the year.
"Yaroslavets" is designed for a wide range of agricultural work: tillage, sowing, cargo transportation, and harvesting. In the future, the model will receive an autonomous control system.
The tractor has retained the key advantages of a classic energy-saturated machine with an articulated frame. "Yaroslavets" is equipped with a six-cylinder YaMZ-536 diesel engine with a capacity of 250 hp, which is also produced in Yaroslavl.
The tractor also received a mechanical gearbox with hydraulic switching and all-wheel drive 4×4. All external panels are shot-blasted, powder-coated, and dried in a paint booth.
