According to lawyer Maria Sviridova, reports of fines for grilling barbecue are written only to attract attention. In fact, fines are only related to the ignition of open fire on the sites.

State Duma deputy Nikita Chaplin also stated that vacationers can be fined for violating fire safety standards. However, there is no data that the Ministry of Emergency Situations will use drones to monitor whether people are grilling barbecue.
