The management of the Alabuga special economic zone announced plans back in 2023 to create the largest space hub in Russia. Now, Alabuga is concerned with finding talented employees ready to work with advanced technologies.
Competitive salaries up to 619 thousand rubles per month are offered, as well as bonuses and incentives. Specialists will be able to advance quickly through the ranks thanks to various training programs.
The campaign slogan reads: "Want to become the commander of a space settlement on the moons of Jupiter? Join Alabuga!"
The development strategy, designed until 2048, outlines the exploration of outer space and the attraction of specialists in the fields of nuclear energy, genetics, and microprocessors.
Alabuga is the largest industrial site in the country, located in Tatarstan. More than 30 factories already operate here, including Sollers Alabuga and Alabuga-Volokno.
