The Zavolzhsky Motor Plant is launching serial production of six-speed manual transmissions (MT) for UAZ vehicles.
Our main growth point at the ZMZ facilities is the production of new 6-speed gearboxes. We are already installing them on Sollers Atlant and Argo vehicles, and recently produced a pilot batch of new MT modifications for ST6 and ST8 pickups - for both diesel and gasoline versions. The start of MT production for UAZ vehicles is ahead.
Production volumes of new gearboxes are planned to increase almost threefold – from 5 thousand last year to almost 15 thousand units. In the future, the MT will be installed on UAZ Patriot, Pickup and Profi.
