The Rutube video hosting platform continues to gain popularity among users in Russia. Sergey Kosinsky, Deputy General Director of Gazprom-Media Holding, called the service the fastest-growing video network in the country.
According to him, in February 2025, the monthly audience of Rutube reached 77 million users, which is 72% more compared to the same period last year. The average daily reach was 17.6 million, and the total number of views exceeded 4.2 billion, which is five times more than a year ago.
Kosinsky said that the time users spent on the platform increased more than sixfold, and the variety of content increased threefold. Of particular note is the growth of original videos, which contributed to a 2.5-fold increase in the number of subscribers.
All this indicates a steadily growing interest in Rutube among Russian users.
He added that more foreign bloggers, including authors from China, will appear on the platform in the near future.
