The most powerful Russian turbine GTE-110M produced by Rostec as part of the "Udarnaya" TPP has confirmed its reliability and reached its maximum power.
During the tests, the equipment operated at maximum load for 72 hours, confirming all the declared technical characteristics.
Since its launch in 2024, the "Udarnaya" TPP has provided the Krasnodar Territory with more than 3.3 billion kWh of electricity. The total installed capacity of the power plant is 560 MW. Today, it is the most technically advanced combined cycle thermal power plant in Russia.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the United Engine Corporation (UEC, part of Rostec) will manufacture three more domestic GTE-110M high-power turbines. They are intended for the modernization of the Novocherkassk GRES.
