The decision aims to protect information and enhance security in the financial sector

In Russia, the use of foreign messengers for business communication in the banking sector is planned to be prohibited. This was reported to journalists in the office of Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko.

The new draft law "On the Creation of State Information Systems (GIS) for Countering Offenses" will exclusively concern the interaction of bank employees with clients.

Bank employees will be allowed to use any messengers for personal conversations. This decision is aimed at protecting information and increasing security in the financial sector, journalists were told.
