VIS-Avto, a subsidiary of AvtoVAZ, has increased the production of Lada Niva Bronto SUVs. The company now assembles up to 15 bodies per shift, which is three more than before. This was made possible by the completed modernization of the production site.
The pause in the production of Lada Niva Bronto, which lasted several months, was due to improvements at the plant. During this period, equipment was updated and processes were optimized to increase capacity. Now production has resumed.
Lada Niva Bronto remains one of the most prepared versions of the classic "Niva". The car is equipped with a reinforced suspension, increased ground clearance, and factory protection of components.
VIS-Avto's immediate plans include increasing production capacity from 28 to 50 vehicles per day.
In addition, since March 5, "extreme" Niva Bronto models are again available at VAZ dealerships, now equipped with parking lights with LED lamps and an illuminated turn signal section. The base price of the Niva Bronto is now 1,487,000 rubles, which is 7,000 rubles more than before.
From the autumn of 2024, the production of Niva Bronto was suspended. It was resumed in February 2025.
