The mixing and charging module (MCM), developed by specialists from Uralvzryvtekhnologii and "Evoblast", was installed on the Russian-made "Sadko NEXT" chassis. The equipment is suitable for small underground mines.
The main advantage of the MCM on a Russian chassis is its mass production, high maintainability and operability of the machine.
Characteristics of MCM on "Sadko NEXT" chassis:
- YaMZ-53443 diesel engine with a power of 148.9 hp
- The machine is capable of moving on roads with an inclination angle of up to 60°
- Maximum load capacity - 3 tons
This solution is perfect for modern underground mines with a small production capacity from 17.5 m² to 25 m².
The developers plan to modernize the MCM by equipping it with a radio-controlled manipulator. The improved equipment will be useful in drilling and blasting operations for breaking the end release of ore in chambers.
