Production of the new large Atlant Max van (a Chinese copy of the popular Mercedes-Benz Sprinter W906) is starting in Tatarstan. The car will be equipped with a Russian-localized 2.7-liter turbodiesel with 150 hp, which is already used in the Sollers Atlant model.
Atlant Max will have a gross weight of up to 5 tons. A passenger version (for 23 people) and a cargo van with a length of 7.48 meters and a height of 2.81 meters will be available for sale.
Atlant Max is planned to be produced with welding and painting of the body. The passenger version will feature a rich set of equipment - leather interior, air conditioning, TV and adjustable seats. Sales of Sollers Atlant Max are expected to begin by the end of this year.
