Sollers has modernized Atlant vans — renamed JAC Sunray, produced in Elabuga — the paint layer on the vehicles has been doubled, and they have also become more protected against corrosion.
The protective compound is now applied to the frame elements. The plant listened to the complaints of car owners, who pointed to the occurrence of corrosion in the areas of welded seams.
Note that Sollers Atlant began production in November 2022. Isn't it too early for corrosion to appear in such a short time, industry experts wondered.
The vans also received a new beam. The lights are now protected from dirt. A new beam is also available for already purchased cars. It will be installed during maintenance.
As a reminder, Sollers Atlant is produced in the form of a cargo-passenger and all-metal van, as well as in a bus and truck version.
