A new wind and moisture protection kit of summer clothing group (VKPO) 3.0 in digital camouflage has been developed for the Russian military. This was reported by the press service of Rosoboronexport.
With the full set of VKPO 3.0, military personnel are able to effectively perform tasks in any climatic conditions, without worrying about cold, moisture or high temperature.
The basis of the kit, a three-layer membrane fabric, is made of 100% nylon. All zippers on the suit are equipped with ventilation holes.
It is specified that VKPO 3.0 features improved ergonomics, the use of new materials, and the presence of integrated elbow and knee joint protection in the main elements. The updated version of the kit has shoulder straps.
