The cost of the basic version of the new Lada Iskra sedan, if sales started today, would be 1.2 million rubles. This was announced by the head of AvtoVAZ, Maxim Sokolov.
He noted that the production of the car will start on April 19, and dealers will be saturated with cars by the end of May. Since the start of "live" sales of Iskra will begin in the summer, the new product may become more expensive.
Sokolov recalled that the key rate is about 20%, which in the horizon of the next six months corresponds to an increase of 10%.
It can be concluded that the announced starting price of Lada Iskra in the amount of 1.2 million rubles may increase to approximately 1.3 million rubles, as many insiders suggested.
