Representatives of Rutube reported that 71% of views are for user-generated content, and the number of authors on the platform increased by 2.4 times in 2024.

The most popular content on Rutube remains children's cartoons and blogs, followed by videos about video games and anime, and videos about travel complete the top three. This indicates a high demand for entertainment and educational content.
