Сервис для мониторинга влияния погоды на артериальное давление помогла создать кардиолог из Архангельской области

The "Medical Weather Forecast" application helps track health changes depending on weather conditions

A unique service that tracks the impact of weather conditions on blood pressure has appeared in Russia. The initiator of its creation was a cardiologist from the Arkhangelsk region, Tatyana Rastokina.

The service is called "Medical Weather Forecast." It allows users to monitor changes in blood pressure depending on the weather, keep a log of indicators, and receive reminders about taking medications.

This is the first and only platform of its kind in the country. The creation of the service was made possible thanks to extensive research, during which Rastokina and her colleagues analyzed data on the pressure of 2342 people, as well as 5836 indicators of temperature and atmospheric pressure.

Based on this information, 648 coefficients and 216 equations were developed, which help predict how weather factors can affect the health of a particular person.

In the future, it is planned to integrate artificial intelligence into the service, which will allow users to receive individual forecasts and know in advance about possible deterioration in well-being. The application is available for download in the App Store and Google Play.
