According to the Telegram channel "Military Informant", the United States removed the system from Libya in 2020 during the fighting for Tripoli.

The US Air Force took the system from the Zuwarah airport, located east of Tripoli, and delivered it to Ramstein Air Base in Germany. Then the "Pantsir" in excellent condition was transported to the USA, where it is still running.
