Rostec has for the first time presented the new Kub-2E kamikaze drones and the Kh-UAV missile at the IDEX-2025 exhibition in the UAE. The new loitering munitions and missile were announced by Sergey Chemezov, General Director of the Rostec State Corporation.
These are kamikaze drones that have incorporated all the advantages of UAVs of this class. They are equipped with optoelectronic systems, thanks to which operators can guide the munition to targets even when their location changes.
Sergey Chemezov added that the Kh-UAV missile is designed to strike ground targets from unmanned aerial vehicles.
In fact, this is an air-launched version of the Kornet missile. The munition has retained all the advantages of the ground-based version - power, accuracy, adaptability to various combat missions.
