In March 2025, the production of UAVs will be launched at the site of the Research and Production Center for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (R&D Center for UAS) in Tomsk. This was announced by the head of the center, Denis Melikov.
It is planned to produce about 7 models, including a large payload capacity — 200 kg.
Mass production of copters will begin in April. It is expected that the center will produce up to 10,000 drones per month, including for sending to military personnel of the Russian Armed Forces.
Currently, engineers are engaged in reverse engineering. Using new technologies (scanning, 3D modeling), they will be able to develop technical documentation for the production of foreign UAVs.
