Since the beginning of 2025, the Wildberries team has prevented over 15,000 attempts to use "dropper" accounts with its own AI-based system.
This innovative anti-fraud system was developed to automatically detect and block fraudulent accounts with 99.99% accuracy.
"Droppers" are citizens who, for a reward, provide third parties with access to their bank accounts or cards to participate in illegal schemes. The new system processes up to 10,000 financial transactions per second and evaluates each of them online for signs of fraud.
If such signs are detected, access to the account is blocked. All information about it is entered into special restrictive lists. This helps protect users from illegal activities and guarantees a high level of security on the platform.
