The production of tractors under the new brand "Agroapollo" will be carried out by the company "Vladimir Tractor". The assembly of equipment will begin at the former site of the "Tochmash" plant (Stoletov Technopark, Vladimir Region).
The basis for localized products will be models from the Chinese company Changfa. The decision to launch production was made at the end of January 2025, and the execution of the investment contract is currently being completed.
In addition to assembling equipment, they will begin to produce key components - drive axles, cabs, transmissions, hydraulic pumps and hydraulic distributors.
The expected production volume of tractors in traction classes 1.4-4 - is at least 3.5 thousand units of equipment per year.
The Vladimir Motor and Tractor Plant (VMTZ), known under the brand "Vladimirets", ceased operations in 2018. Between 2022 and 2024, most of the production buildings were demolished.
Earlierwww1.ru reported that the BELARUS 1222.3 tractor will beequipped with a four-section hydraulic distributor.
