Sollers ST6 and ST8 pickup production using full-cycle technology starts in Ulyanovsk

Production moved from Vladivostok to Ulyanovsk, welding and assembly lines launched

Serial production of Sollers ST6 and ST8 frame all-wheel drive pickups has begun at the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant.

Unlike the previous assembly in Vladivostok, the cars are now produced in a full cycle - with welding and painting of bodies. For this, the company launched a new welding line (130 m), a chassis assembly line, and also modernized the painting and assembly production.

Sollers ST6 is based on JAC T6, and ST8 is based on JAC T8 Pro, which is still sold in Russia. Both pickups are equipped with a 2.0-liter turbodiesel (136 hp) assembled in Yelabuga and a 6-speed manual transmission. ST6 is also available with a 2.0-liter gasoline engine (176 hp), and ST8 with a 2.4-liter (204 hp). Ground clearance is 210 mm, load capacity is 900 kg.

The first batch of Sollers ST6 and ST8 will be sent to dealers in the first quarter of 2025. Prices for ST6 range from 2.58 to 2.83 million rubles, and ST8 costs from 2.82 to 3.02 million rubles. Sollers expects to take a leading position in the pickup segment in Russia.
