Промсвязьбанк и структура Росатома запускают нового оператора мобильной связи

"My Operator" will be available in six regions

Promsvyazbank (PSB) and a subsidiary of Rosatom are launching a virtual mobile operator called "My Operator." It will start operating in the first quarter of 2025 in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Leningrad, Nizhny Novgorod, and Chelyabinsk regions.

The company will operate under the Light MVNO model, which means it will not have its own equipment but will use the network of other operators.

PSB wants to attract new customers to its ecosystem, and Rosatom wants to provide corporate communications and the Internet of Things in enterprises and "smart cities."

Earlier, www1.ru reported that a 4G network for government structures on Russian "hardware" was launched in Moscow.
