The Moscow Department of Information Technology has launched testing of a new free Telegram bot to protect against cyber fraud.
The bot uses artificial intelligence to analyze text and voice messages, as well as screenshots of correspondence. It allows identifying signs of fraud, such as emotional pressure, manipulation, and suspicious links. The service uses language models, as well as text and speech recognition technologies.
Testing will last until February 27. Upon completion of the pilot phase, the bot will be refined based on feedback. It is expected to be fully operational in the spring of 2025.
The neural network used in the bot will be constantly trained based on user feedback, which will improve the accuracy of fraud recognition and expand knowledge of fraudulent schemes.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that more than half of the largest Russian companies implemented AI in business processes in 2024.
