User complaints were mainly directed at telecom operators, banks, Yandex services, Rostelecom, Dom.ru, Mos.ru, as well as other Russian sites. In addition, there were failures in the operation of marketplaces, messengers and social networks. It is noteworthy that the Telegram messenger was not affected by the failure.
Problems with access to a wide list of Internet domains in Russia are not related to Rostelecom's networks, the state-owned company said.
