Правительство РФ выделило 5 млрд рублей на льготный лизинг судов для транспортных компаний

The funds will be used to build 33 vessels for further leasing

The Russian Government has allocated 5 billion rubles from the federal budget to support preferential leasing of sea and river vessels. The measure aims to develop Russian shipping and strengthen transport infrastructure.

The funds are intended to be used for the construction of at least 33 civilian vessels, which will then be transferred to transport companies through the State Transport Leasing Company (GTLK) in 2025-2026.

The leasing will be provided for a term of up to 25 years with a preferential interest rate of 2.93% per annum.

The investment project for the construction of vessels for subsequent leasing was launched in 2023. In 2024, GTLK has already delivered 36 vessels to its clients, and it is planned to build 260 vessels by 2027, including passenger, fishing, cargo, and large-tonnage vessels.
