The company "Russian Railways" (RZD) has started selling train tickets through the domestic booking system "Express-NP". This was announced by the head of the passenger transportation department of Russian Railways, Nikolai Kostenko.
This is a new generation domestic booking system, which we have been working on for almost 5 years. It will be more dynamic and flexible, will help us to accelerate the introduction of new digital client services and, to a large extent, respond more quickly to passenger requests.
The system is currently being tested at the carrier's test site, "Sakhalin Passenger Company". Later, other companies will also be connected to the service.
