The crew of a Russian T-80 tank survived after hitting a mine barrier and escaped the battlefield. The footage was shown by @zvezdanews.
During the fighting, the tankers rushed to help their comrades, but due to the speed and dust, they did not see the danger ahead. A series of explosions concussed the driver, and he swerved onto more mines near the road.
I don't know how it happened that our bottom wasn't pierced and the track wasn't torn off. I fly into another anti-tank mine, then I come to my senses.
After that, the tank was successfully evacuated to a safe territory.
The T-80 tank is equipped with a modified gas turbine engine with a power of 1,250 hp, which accelerates the vehicle to 70 km/h. Equipped with a 125-mm smoothbore gun 2A46 and the ability to use guided missiles, the T-80 is capable of hitting both stationary and moving targets at long distances.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the PG-7VS anti-tank grenade destroyed a Bradley, leaving nothing of the American IFV.
